For two years now, the Pointe Faula in Vauclin, hosts the Baccha Festival. A musical event, marked by a festive atmosphere.
Baccha Festival, a Carribean concept
Founded 5 years ago, the Baccha festival brings together a unique wish: to promote the artists of the Caribbean.
Gilles Dupros, Gaël Elisabeth and Karl Melan, the founders of the Baccha Festival, share the same ideas and give the best of themselves. Work and investment are the keys to their success. Their motivation grows from year to year and they continue to offer a varied musical program to bring together thousands of people sharing the same passion.
Desiring to make known their island, but also its culture, its interbreeding, its heritage, its beaches, our 3 founders can be proud to have managed to gather more than 8,000 people on the site during the 2 days.
A festival, but especially a neat organization
The association Doussin and My Cartel are the founding nucleus of Baccha Festival. Doussin brings together around a hundred members from France, Canada and Martinique. My Cartel, organizes events for 11 years in Europe for its “brothers and sisters” Martiniquais.
From year to year, they learn from previous editions. Today we can admire a thoughtful organization. Between communication, logistics, scenography, waste management, security and planning, nothing has been forgotten. The organization of Baccha Festival 2018 started last year.
Baccha Festival, high level artists
Unpublished this year, the Baccha Festival will host an African artist from Nigeria and known internationally: Mr. Eazi recognized as Afrobeat artist whose popularity continues to evolve he is THE headliner of the 2 days. But also, the greatest Guyanese artist, Jahyanaï and Bamby, the young Saint – Lucien, Motto, and many others.
A high-level musical program that will only satisfy the Caribbean public.
From August 10th to 12th it will be 3 days of music, good mood and dance, rhythmic under the Caribbean sun!
